Arianna DeWith was selected to join the Fraser Delta Zone at the BC Summer Games in Surrey. Arianna ran well to help the Zone earn a 2nd place silver medal in the 4x400m relay!

Josh Filafilo was the sole representative for Elite Track Academy at the BC Junior Development Championship on July 27-29. What a great weekend for Josh as he placed 2nd in 300m, 3rd in 200m hurdles and 4th in 80m hurdles.

Jack Brow Memorial Track & Field Meet 2012 in Kelowna Jun 29-31, 2012
Although only one faithful team member made the trek to Kelowna for the Jack Brow Memorial Track & Field Meet, Elite Track Academy placed in several events! Josh Filafilo placed 2nd in 80m hurdles, 2nd in 300m, 3rd in 200m and 3rd in long jump. Excellent performance, Josh!
33rd Annual Langley Pacific Open Invitational 2012 Jun 15-17, 2012
Team members from Elite Track Academy showed up in full force for the 33rd Annual Langley Pacific Open Invitational 2012 from June 15-17! Competition was fierce as each race consisted of multiple heats. Elite Track Academy performed well and earned several ribbons and medals over the weekend.

At the BC High School Championship for the private schools zone at Swangard Stadium, Francis Klimo, grade 10, came in first of all grade 10, 11, and 12 athletes. He qualified for the BC High School Track and Field Championships in 400m and 200m with the quota of grade 11&12 grade students.
A week ago Alex Kim, grade 12, qualified for the BC High School Track and Field Championships in 100m.

Great news from our first JD meet for the season - Eagle Classic 2012 held on May 12, 2012 in Maple Ridge!
We had lots of fun in the sun and great results for everyone. Our five enthusiastic JD's achieved the following:
